Job Description

This role is a great opportunity to manage a variety of distributor sales program operations related to rebates and coop marketing funds. Working closely with the Sales, Channel Marketing and Finance teams, this individual will support numerous business partner initiatives, sales program operations and process improvement efforts to help drive sales growth and create an exceptional customer experience.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Own forecasting, budgeting and month end close activities related to coop marketing funds
  • Lead distribution and continued development of various buying group reports and metrics to provide better insight to the Sales team and distributor groups
  • Support efforts to enhance rebate management solution and processes to drive further automation, scalability, and accuracy
  • Ensure distributor contract management compliance between Sales, Channel Marketing, Legal, and Finance leadership team
  • Own distributor program payout operations and ensure accurate and timely payments
  • Support distributor sales program audits to ensure accuracy & data integrity and investigate customer credit deduction variances
  • Identify knowledge gaps and develop tools, processes & models to provide meaningful information to both internal and external customers
  • Demonstrate a commitment to the process of continuous improvement to identify and eliminate non-value-added activities and streamline processes
  • Develop relationships to drive consistency in reporting, analysis, and operational procedures
  • Support and contribute to the development of automated reporting and audit processes
  • Demonstrate ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously and prioritize appropriately



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of directly related experience
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
  • Able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, with advanced Excel knowledge
  • Able to work well on diverse, cross-functional teams
