Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls in a friendly professional and knowledgeable manner
  • Process and submit invoices in a timely manner
  • Assist with new employee onboarding administration process
  • Provide administrative support to all department managers: schedule meeting rooms, create name badges, assemble interview folders, arrange lunch, travel and assist in overall coordination of company and employee events.
  • Maintain employee personal files, filing and scanning of documents
  • Manage the employee perks program -- create employee communications to promote discount programs, arrange for onsite visits by vendors
  • Update EEOC, employment law and other required posters for all locations
  • Order and organize/maintain department office supplies
  • Assist with mailings as needed and other clerical functions
  • Assist with the annual enrollment process
  • Maintain conference rooms and reception area
