Software Test Engineer II in Brookfield, Wisconsin

Milwaukee Tool, an industry-leading manufacturer of heavy-duty power tools, accessories and hand tools for professional users worldwide, is looking for a Software Test Engineer II to fill a critical role within our IT organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Be the voice of Quality in cross-functional Agile/Scrum team
• Design, document and execute test plans in real-time
• Collaborate with Development, BA and Product Owner to interpret requirements
• Recommend QA best practices to the team and hold them accountable
• Become the SME for applications in your domain
• Report issues to the Scrum team including technical details to allow for rapid resolution
• Hands on test automation design and execution
• Understand and execute on full testing lifecycle

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ Years of experience in Quality Assurance or Development
• Demonstrated proficiency in at least (1) scripting language (C#, JAVA, JS)
• Demonstrated proficiency with SQL querying
• Demonstrated proficiency with industry standard test automation framework
• Strong professional written and verbal communication skills
• 2+ Years of experience with Azure or AWS infrastructure
• Experience working with agile methodologies
