ServiceNow Process Lead in Brookfield, Wisconsin

Summary:

Candidate will bring ServiceNow applications deployment experience, will engage with the business focusing on ServiceNow strategy and enablement. Has a deep functional knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and will use that knowledge to evangelize its benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ability to create and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders throughout the organization
• Knowledge of requirements management, configuration management methodologies
• Skilled at analyzing existing systems and processes and optimize and map them into ServiceNow as it relates to the project at hand
• Good understanding of basic system technologies as they relate to the project deliverables
• Ability to maintain project plans and communicate updates
• Experience with business process mapping and the use of project management software
• Ability to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting by effectively responding to inquiries
• Experience thriving in ambiguous software development environments
• Ability to work well under changing deadlines and priorities
• Understand and diagram business process related activities
• Experience working with high-performing teams in complex program execution
• Become expert in business processes across the organization

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst in a fast-paced application development environment
• 5+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform
• 5+ years of experience facilitating requirements gathering, decomposing and documenting requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Technology or similar field, and/or an equivalent technical degree with four years' experience.
• Results oriented collaborative team player with a keen ability to demystify and streamline processes
• Experience in manufacturing industry is preferable
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience in program governance and both waterfall and agile methodologies and demonstrated ability manage large, complex projects
• Strong business partner who is able to quickly learn business processes and provide strategic insight and guidance
• Demonstrated ability to build multi-year roadmaps aligned to business priorities
