The Milwaukee Tool Medical Plan offers three Plan options with different annual deductibles—Single deductibles are $500, $1000 or $1,350. All Plan options cover wellness and preventive services at 100%. Our plans also reimburse most other in-network services at 80% and include prescription drug coverage with affordable copays. Employees contribute a small portion of the cost of the medical insurance through payroll deductions, with Milwaukee Tool paying the vast majority of the premium cost. Employees can enroll dependents including legal spouses (same and opposite sex), children, step-children, and domestic partners (same and opposite sex). Coverage is available on date of hire.
The Milwaukee Tool Retirement Savings Plan provides an opportunity to save for retirement through both pre-tax and post-tax payroll deductions. For the first 8% of pay saved, Milwaukee Tool will match 50%. Employees are eligible on their date of hire, and the employer match is 100% vested.

The Milwaukee Tool PTO Policy grants all employees between 14 and 24 days of paid time off each calendar year, based on length of service.
