All our design teams touch every step of the design process, allowing them to see the big picture and grow as individuals. We create Best in Class Products by leveraging advanced analysis tools, extensive testing regimes, state-of-the-art manufacturing processes and cross-functional agility.
Behind every great product is a great operation. We continue to grow our operations team in the areas of manufacturing, supply chain, quality and procurement. Members of these teams are instrumental whether it is helping process map a manufacturing process, or developing a new quality testing method.

The Milwaukee Tool supply chain, distribution, and logistics teams provide best-in-class service levels to our end users. These teams determine how to get the right product to our customers in a manner that is both quick and efficient. These teams rely heavily on agility and urgency to succeed in a continuously evolving consumer landscape.
Our supply chain team ensures we have the right product at the right time. Supply and demand planners focus on forecasting customer demand and creating supply plans, which drive production at our manufacturers. Our customer supply chain and compliance teams work closely with our strategic customers to gain alignment and ensure KPIs are met.
Our distribution and logistics teams are responsible for the distribution and transportation of our product through many different Distribution Partners. These teams work closely with our distribution center in Olive Branch, MS to coordinate shipments and orchestrate executions across the globe.

Milwaukee Tool Brand Marketing Team is focused on communicating our company’s mission through every aspect of commercialization. From PR and Media relations, print and digital communication, in-store merchandising, event execution, SEO, SEM, email marketing and social media, Brand Marketing forges that connection with the user.
Milwaukee Tool Channel Marketing Team works with all areas of our business to bring product to our users. Working hand-in-hand with our Sales Team, Channel Marketing is focused on staying ahead of the latest industry trends in order to develop unique marketing strategies to drive continued growth with our distribution partners.

Our Distribution Team calls directly on key accounts within a wide array of distribution channels: Industrial , Electrical, Plumbing, Hardware and Farm & Ag. Jobsite Solutions is a national team dedicated to working directly with our end users to provide productivity enhancing and time saving solutions. This team also works closely with the major trade orgs to provide support and training to the next generation of tradesmen and tradeswomen. The Distribution and Jobsite Solutions Teams work closely together in order to convert our End Users and standardize their cordless platforms.
Milwaukee Tool has invested in a state-of-the-art training facility located at our corporate office in Brookfield, WI. At the Pudwill Leadership Center, our sales team is taken through both hands-on and classroom training. This ensures each person on the team fully understands the customers they call on, marketplace trends, and the rapidly growing number of solutions that Milwaukee Tool offers.
