Your Role on Our Team: 

The primary function of this position is responsible for building dashboards, analyzing metrics, and building new process improvements to assist the team at Milwaukee Tool.  This role will work closely with the pricing and promotions team, channel marketing and other finance leaders to support the growth of pricing and promotions processes, metrics, and dashboards. 

You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

  • Own the transfer pricing processes and interact regularly with Finance, Product, and Supply Chain leadership to ensure accuracy and integrity of transfer pricing

  • Identify and respond actively, and with sensitivity, to the needs of all internal and external customers, ensuring a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers

  • Drive the daily processes supporting pricing errors, data validations, reporting and analysis for pricing and promotions

  • Own pricing analytics and reporting to drive data consistency and accuracy

  • Lead projects with cross-functional teams to identify and eliminate non-value-added activities, while working to automate and streamline processes

  • Identify and drive process and system enhancements and actively participate in process improvement projects

  • Effectively engage all levels of the organization through written and oral communication

  • Identify knowledge gaps and develop tools, processes, and models to provide meaningful information to internal customers

The TOOLS you’ll bring with you: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.

  • Minimum five years of experience in accounting, finance, or business administration.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • SQL and PowerBI experience preferred

  • Must possess strong interpersonal, analytical, complex problem-solving, and presentation skills to work with people at all levels of the organization.

  • Must be self-motivated and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
