When is the best time to apply for an internship at Milwaukee Tool?

Internships are generally posted in the beginning of the fall semester (August - September) for the following year and are filled on a rolling basis. The majority of our internship positions are filled by end of October.

Where can I learn more about Milwaukee Tool culture and opportunities?

Milwaukee Tool visits campuses and attends career fairs at multiple universities. We recommend checking with your university’s Career Services office to learn when we will be on your campus. If there are no current open positions above, we encourage you to view all of our current positions and learn more about our culture.

How long is the summer internship program?

Milwaukee Tool's summer interns work full-time for 10 weeks (June - August).

Does Milwaukee Tool help with relocation and housing?

Milwaukee Tool provides a stipend to assist with housing and relocation expenses that is paid out after the intern starts. We also provide resources to help interns secure their own housing.

Is there an opportunity for Full-Time employment after my internship?

Milwaukee Tool offers a conversion based internship program. Many of our former interns have returned to Milwaukee Tool full-time following graduation.

The majority of Milwaukee Tool interns are based in Brookfield or Milwaukee, WI and surrounding areas. We also have select opportunities available in Chicago, Indiana, and Mississippi. Location options are based on the role you are applying to.
